Baking Soda with a chemical of Hydrogen Peroxide

 

 

Hydrogen peroxide is a tough substance which has hidden and good bleaching advantages and it can be used along with the baking soda in whitening process. Make a mixture of Baking Soda with the small quantity of Hydrogen Peroxide. The Combined mixture should look like a paste after the mixture and use it the same way as you use your regular toothpaste. Once you brushed your teeth, wash your mouth well. Be aware not to swallow the paste inside while you are brushing or rinsing. Well, apply this process twice a day and surely you will see a change of color of your teeth.

 

 

Baking Soda with normal salt

 

 

The easiest recipe for whitening your teeth. Take four teaspoons of soda on the other hand 1 teaspoon of salt will be enough. Mix them both without water and brush as a tooth powder.
