Hydrogen peroxide is a tough substance which has
hidden and good bleaching advantages and it can be
used along with the baking soda in whitening
process. Make a mixture of Baking Soda with the
small quantity of Hydrogen Peroxide. The Combined
mixture should look like a paste after the mixture
and use it the same way as you use your regular
toothpaste. Once you brushed your teeth, wash your
mouth well. Be aware not to swallow the paste inside
while you are brushing or rinsing. Well, apply this
process twice a day and surely you will see a change
of color of your teeth.

whitening your teeth. Take four teaspoons of soda on
the other hand 1 teaspoon of salt will be enough.
Mix them both without water and brush as a tooth
powder. This helps to remove the stains and at last
rinse well with clean water to have a shiny look for
your teeth.

of salt with peppermint oil

Use 4 to 5 spoons of
Soda with 5 spoons of Glycerin and mix them well
until you get a thick paste. After that insert 1
spoon of table salt with a small number of
peppermints oil drops. Now mix them again until the
salt dissolves and finally brush the paste with your
teeth and surely it will also result with brightness
of your teeth

this paste regularly thrice or four times a day.
Give it a break.
Try to brush
with these materials once a day or thrice in two
days.
Do not rub or brush your teeth so hardly with the
